1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Stratvo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of Service

Stratvo is an AI-powered content planning platform that helps businesses and creators plan their social media content. We use artificial intelligence to generate personalised monthly content strategies, delivered as weekly plans across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Reddit.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

Content suggestions and plans generated by our AI are provided as starting points for your social media strategy. While we strive to provide relevant and high-quality suggestions, you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing to your social media accounts.

5a. Connecting Social Accounts & Authorisation to Publish

Stratvo can publish content directly to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts that you connect via the official Meta OAuth flow. By connecting an account you grant Stratvo a limited, revocable licence to:

  • Read the connected Page or IG Business account's public profile fields (name, ID, username, profile picture) for display in the dashboard.
  • Publish content that you have authored and explicitly scheduled inside Stratvo to the account you have selected, at the time you have specified.
  • Read the resulting platform-side post ID and basic post metadata so you can deep-link from your calendar.

You confirm that (a) you own or are an authorised administrator of every account you connect, (b) the content you schedule is your own or properly licensed, and (c) the content complies with the rules of the destination platform — including Meta's Community Standards, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and the Facebook Platform Terms. Stratvo will not, and is not authorised to, publish content you have not explicitly scheduled.

You may revoke this licence at any time from the Connected Accounts tab insideStratvo, from your Facebook account's Apps and Websites settings, or by writing to support@stratvo.com. On revocation we delete stored access tokens within 24 hours and cancel any scheduled posts that have not yet been published.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you create using our suggestions. AI-generated content ideas and plans provided by Stratvo are licensed to you for your personal or business use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the social media platforms you use.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stratvoand are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stratvo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
